Full Priced Merchandise
We hope that you fully love your lingerie! So if you are not satisfied or you change your mind for any reason, no worries! Within 21 days of the receipt of the parcel, you can return your item(s) for a full refund of the item's value or exchange your items.
(Customers will pay the carrier when shipping return or exchange).
Sale Merchandise
We are sorry! We do not accept exchanges or returns on items on sales, unless the items are faulty or incorrect.
Returns & exchanges requirements:
- Item/s must be returned within 21 days of receiving your purchase
- You must present a valid receipt.
- All original tags must be attached.
- All goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in their original packaging.
